Executive Director is a mother of 3 sons and has a love for children and believes that all children learn in their own unique way. She is an experienced classroom teacher, previously owned and operated a child care center, has been a director for EHS, Executive Director of Children's Services, and has worked with local non-profits and community-based organizations in the human service sector for over 15 years.  She is dedicated, motivated, and passionate as an educator & human service advocate who to strives to develop new and innovative platforms to empower a brighter future for children and families who live in urban communities. She holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a master's degree in education, Curriculum & Instruction/Inclusion as well as a Michigan K-12 Administrators Certification.

President is a loving father off 3 adult children and has great adoration for children.  As the Director of Emergency Shelter Services for a Detroit based Non-profit, he is devoted to alleviating homelessness. Charles Pearson is both committed and diligent to the profession and cause. Charles is highly respected within his field and over

Charles Pearson is both committed and diligent to the profession and cause. Charles is highly respected within his field and over the years built a solid foundation within his industry working closely with the Detroit Continuum of Care serving as the Chair of the CAM Governance Committee, member of the Family Shelter Advisory Committee, the Detroit Census Committee, and the state level Emergency Housing Council.

An active member of Faith Clinic COGIC Church she is the President of the Single's Ministry,  Virtual Quality Control Manager, and Financial Secretary for the youth department in Detroit. She is also a Human Service Administrator for a local Non-profit and sits on several committees including Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness, Family Homelessness ADHOC, and Permanent Supportive Housing Sub-Committee.

Lindsay graduated from Grand Valley State Univers

Executive Development Chair is a mother to a beautiful daughter and is looking forward to expanding her family.  she is motivated, results-oriented fundraiser and leadership executive with a focus on grant writing, corporate partnerships, sponsorship and robust fund development strategies. Lindsay graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2008, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration. Lindsay is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). Since graduation, she has worked at an array of nonprofits and today serves as a key development leader at a local nonprofit in Detroit focused on anti-poverty programs. With over ten years in the nonprofit sector and leading development efforts, she has worked in all aspects of fundraising including development operations, grant writing, events, annual funds, virtual fundraising, volunteer management and stewardship.
